Numerous people have talked or have written a lot of tips that can help one excel in your life. Excelling in life is all everyone's task that they aspire to experience. Individuals who have made it to the top have reasons that propel them to the position they currently or once hold.

In areas of life such as in the sport world, you find men and women who are stars; In corporate world, there are people who held onto the success of their firms; In the human arena, still, there are people who passed all odds of life and still make it to the top.

I have come to notice that these fellows are like any ordinary you but the difference between you and them is how they use the followings as their foundations to excellence;

• Time
• Mentors/Coaches
• Books/Research
• Money
• Yourself

As you can see, you have come across such words but one thing in these words is that, they are the 5 Foundations To Excellence in Life. So you asked; How?

Time

Time is the coin of your life. It is the only coin you have and only you can determine how it will be spent. Be careful lest you let other people spend it for you says Carl Sandburg.
God gave you 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour and 24 hours in a day reason for you to spend and make good use of them. He does not dictate you on what you should waste/spend them on but allow you to decide for yourself.

Have you ever sat down one day and asked yourself, What have I achieve in the minutes, hours, days, weeks etc that God has allocate to me?

Time is one of the foundations you can ever use to excel in life. If you manage your time effectively and effectively, you will find that, every second/minutes you spend has a share contribution in your achievements. Time is God's bonus to man's life which He add as an everlasting and unconditional blessing with which every person should take hold of it carefully.

Therefore, if you want to excel in your life, make good use of your time. This is God's free gift to you everyday that you are here on earth and it is your choice to decide whether to make the most/less out of it.

Mentors/Coaches

In a government, there is an advisory board which help it when it comes to advise. They are the people who exercise everyday running and shaping of that institution. To you, the people who know you personally, care about you and guide you when you are up to something are the kind of people I am talking about. They are either mentors or coaches. They help in your transformation stage by molding you to fit into the society or even rise shining on top of the career you are aspiring in.

The people who surround you(not neighbors but circle of advisers) determine how you will be in the world out there. Excellence is not by nature but how we want it ourselves to be because we can determine it by arming ourselves with people who can help us.

You got to have your mentors/coaches that will correct you when you make an error; raise you to feet when you fall and celebrate with you when you are successful. It does not matter whether you are above mentoring age or too knowledgeable to be coached still, it is a chance for you because no one can guarantee no mistakes in life. Remember that everyone make mistakes.

Find people who can help you rise and become successful in life. Mentors/coaches are the people everyone need to have to trim their images and personal growth.

Money

If you want to be successful, learn to be a saver and not a spender. Money is everything nowadays. Some say money is evil but money is just a tool for excellence if well manage. What you do with money can either make them good or evil.

Use money to put you upfront while equipping yourself for success. If you take them as a resource for your journey, then you are on the right track to excellence and that is what is required!

Save your money for rainy seasons because the little saved act as a security for your needs. A penny saved is a penny earned says Abraham Lincoln.

Books/Research

Knowledge is power. Books are source of spiritual blessings that great men and women use to pour out their blessings upon us. As we grow, learning through reading and associating with smarter people are all factors involve in shaping us.

Books help boost our knowledge and in building personal excellence in life. Everyone want to excel in life and the immediate place to find this is in the books. Being knowledgeable improve your skill in the prospective field that you are in hence you become an expert in it while you continue to excel in life.

Research on the hand, is a way of acquiring knowledge through books and it can contribute to your well-being if done effectively.

That is: RESEARCH + BOOKS = EXCELLENCE

Yourself

You are the greatest asset that can not be lost or stolen. People undervalue this and tend to bother of other things but one thing we need to remember and ask ourselves is: All the things we do, are we not doing for ourselves? Therefore, to hit the nail on the hit, it is important to invest your time and money in improving that asset.

When you want to excel in life, if you haven't yet, begin by growing your personal brand and reputation which is all yourself. A self-realization and ideal life vision is the foundation to determine excellence in your life which you need to have always.

Yourself is the foundation that you can build on to excel in life. So why not develop yourself now?

Keeping in mind that not all people can excel in life but it is to our best that we try hard to improve where necessary. We have to discover our potential(abilities) because you never know that you are the destined shining star of your life!

30 + Tips On How To Brand Yourself For Success Part 2

First and foremost, let me say sorry for taking long to post part 2 of the first article of this as well as the monthly update.

To cut the long story short, let's get ahead with our part two which is what I am going to share with you today. If you don't know what I mean about this article that I am talking about, then, I shall include the link of part 1 at the end of this article. So don't worry. Hope you get along.

To continue with our previous numbering, we had reached up to Number 15 which was Self Discipline. Next is.....

16. Respectful.

Anything that might annoy the people around you matters to your brand. However unskilled(newbie), poor or whatsoever person you think to be of no value to you or your brand is a mistake which contribute to the failure of many who want to brand and build their reputation. So be respectful to others and they will in turn return the favour.

17. Be Punctual.

I don't mean to come in/on time but fulfil people's expectations. I know some may want to condemn me because of my failure, and I beg your pardon in my ability which I was unable. I hope it is settled.

Anyway, the punctuality I mean, for instance, you want to deliver a product or anything to your clients, then be punctual and try to do it toy your best and within their expectations as well as the given period.

18. Keen and Attentive.

If you have a business, your customers are the first priority you have to be keen and pay attention to them.

If you are a blogger; readers' comments, suggestions and criticisms are a must whereas to a website owner; complains, views, opinions etc, range on top.
So keep your eyes open to likely brand-related or success tips that will increase your chances of improving your productivity and creativity.

19. Set Goals.

Goals guide us towards the ideal life of our dreams. Setting personal goals put your life in a clear light which let you define and know what you have achieved and what you haven't.
Brand yourself and build reputation by setting your short, medium and long term goals now.

20. Hard working.

Hard work pays and only to those whose hands are brown with soil can receive the rewards. We got to work to eat. Isn't it so?

If you are a Bible reader, please, turn to what Apostle Paul said in 2 Thessalonians 3:10.(Whoever refuse to work is not allowed to eat) You may read it at your spare time. While for those who don't read it(Bible), just keep in mind that working is the sure way to make a living in life.
Otherwise, to us all, we should do all we can to be what we want to be and have all we want to have.

21.Purpose informed.


Why do you want to be successful or in other words, why do you want to live the life you dream of?

We have different answers to these questions but one thing that I want to share to you is; be informed always about why you do the things you do to brand yourself and build reputation to be successful.


22. Choose your network wisely.

People we associate or network with have roles they play in shaping our everyday lives. Be careful of those you network and share with. This either can be online or at your locality.
Associating with like-mind individuals enhance your personal brand growth and development.

You should choose wisely so as to help one another when one get stuck.

23. Create time for leisure and relaxation.

If you are a student, you got to spare some time for constructive leisure which will not indulge you in biases. If you are an internet marketer or any other professional in your field, what you want to achieve within the given mandate is important and so does your physical, psychological or emotional development in contribution to your being.

Good personal managers of themselves are those who know how to do things at the right place, at the right time and for the right reason.

Therefore, be cautious of your health by creating time for your leisure and relaxation in order to activate your mind's ability to process information for better results.

This I mean, health is also part of your personal brand which is image building. Look at celebrities for example, all they care about most is their bodies and health because they are very important.

24. Be knowledgeable and equipped

Various means and methods nowadays are ever-available which make it easier to build knowledge in many different type of fields. Means such as e-books, magazines as well as sources like forums, websites and blogs, you name them are all knowledge-gain places which anyone can use to equip his/herself.

Meaning you gain reputation to be an expert in that field or be on the know-how.
As a branding tip, you need knowledge of your niche so as to be considered fit enough for it and be capable in your competitiveness.

25. Consult when necessary.

You can't know anything until you learn that you don't know everything. Don't be too satisfied with ignorance that you don't need to consult anyone because you firmly or think that you know everything.
You have to consult others who might have experience and knowledge which you haven't known yet.

When you have doubt in what you know, what you've done or are about to do; please consider consulting someone you know can help you or anyone you value their criticisms. You'll be surprise at how much that person will reveals to you!

26. Accept correction.

To err is human. We all make mistakes and people who make the most out of their mistakes are those who accept corrections and the non-quitters.

Before you embark on to brand yourself, accept the mistakes you did and put into account all the corrections available for you and move on with your life.

Some people thinks failure is the end of everything but failures should motivate you by not dwelling on your past and correcting where you err.

27. Have visions and dreams.

Visions defines the way our life look like and dreams gives us a desire to make a vision a reality. Dream big and have visions for your ideal dreamt life as you brand yourself to be successful in life.

28. Be Neat.

Another little thing that I would also like to add to this is neatness. Whether the way you dress; how you organize your articles; the way you answer others; all you have to remember is to be neat always.

29. Take Actions Now!

You may continue to read, learn and arm yourself with all the information in this world but if you don't take actions, then it is vain and you will never see what you want to become. Instead, it is like chasing the wind which King Solomon tried to narrate.
You got to decide now and take actions by working.

They are just there in the middle not knowing where their life is heading to. I have come to understand that even though we can't understand life, still, we harness the power we have within us to transform our destiny.
In this article, I have put together some tips on how to become successful in wherever life you are leading.
Want to know the 6 Golden Ds of how to become successful in life? I have outline and summarize them here.
Well,my first Golden letter D is:

1.

D=Dream

Most know that there are two types of dreams as well as dreamers. That is, Day dream for a dreamer and a nightmare for (sleeper)a person at rest. I am talking of the first one(Day Dream) for a dreamer. Are you a dreamer? Do you dream of anything? Everyone has a dream which each want to achieve or want to become true. If you want to be successful in life, become a dreamer and have your own dream for your ideal life-to-be. Beginning from here, your dream is your first step to become successful. If your dream is vivid in your mind, well, you are on your feet and the next thing to do is go to your next Golden letter D.

2.

D=Desire

Do you have a wish? What do you love to have with you always? Your dream is a nightmare if you don't a desire to work towards it and have it.Always motivate yourself with the dream that you want to accomplish.

Desire work hand in hand with a dream such that your heart is always at where your dream is. If you don't have a desire for it, then,why put yourself in a strenuous mood or position? Start today if you have a dream that you know and begin loving it. A quick overview of your life now is your starting point by desiring to change your life.

D=Discipline

At home, in school, at work place, everywhere you are told countless times to be discipline. I want to say it again this time that even in business, money etc as long as life is concerned, discipline is your secret key to become successful in life.
Every part of our life require us to be discipline so as to fit in and be happy.Let me ask you a question.
You have been spending money joining programs that comes your way in-order to make money/more money. You join this, you find it not fitting your want and you embark on to the next, next + next and next.
Do you think you are being discipline?
Well, go on but the fact is; You are not discipline. All the great people you know who are successful or are thriving in life are discipline.That is, they act in a sense of orderliness in whatever they do or say.

Start changing if you have been indiscipline in someway or other. Things will come your way if you are smart and discipline. In regards to your brand and personal reputation, discipline is a must-have and highly recommended. So you have to include this ingredient to your self-growth now as you wait for success to unfold itself before you.

D=Drive

In the Dictionary.com, it has many meanings but in my article it means a Golden letter for success. It means,"Big effort to achieve," "Work your way towards something," though there might be some similarities or are related a little bit,I mean the desire and determination to achieve something.

As added tips on how to become successful in life, 'drive',this, I have include it for more life success results. So know your target which is your dream and take the steering wheel and drive your way towards it.
No matter what happens, put your efforts together and if you run into a wall, don't turn and and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it or work your way round it. Don't look back and never let obstacles stop you! You have to either find a way or make one.

D=Diligent

Work hard to accomplish your goals and make your dream come true. Steady effort;careful hard work to realize your dream is crucial in becoming successful in life. Your hard work and determination to achieve success will earn you fruits if you diligently create your path of life. Hard work can pays you! Be diligent, patience and belief in yourself is all it requires as your priority while working towards your dream. Ben Carson says something about belief in one's self. He says that the greatest obstacle to progress is lack of self-belief. So why not start believing in yourself today and harvest from unlimited and undiscovered marvelous things within you.
Be industrious and fruitful while you grow and develop yourself towards your dream.

D=Dedication

You might ask; Why should I dedicate myself to my dream to become successful? Yes. You have to be committed so as to realized your dream or the kind of thing you want to achieve in life. You can't be doing this and that or starting this and next you start the other. If you have decided that the dream is ideal and good for you, grasp it as God-given and take it as yours and know that know no one can take that away from you and use it wisely. Combining the above mentioned Golden Ds and dedicate yourself to achieving it is the secret you can only determine how to spend it.Lest you allow somebody to spend them for you!

Furthermore, many both small and great men and women have been using these 6 Golden Ds of becoming successful to transform their lives and helping others with these too! Henry David Thoreau learnt that if one advances confidently in the direction of his/her dreams and endeavors to live the life he imagine, you will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.
